I'm Ro!

I’m a PT, Mindset Coach and Mum to 3 noisy boys!

It may come as a surprise to hear that until the age of 30, I actually despised exercise! It just always felt like another thing to add to that already to do list. I would manage a week, maybe two at a push and then I would fall spectacularly off the health wagon.

Unfortunately it took hitting rock bottom to discover that exercise, was in fact, my saving grace.

When my twins were 18 months, Alfie, was diagnosed with a life limiting condition called SMA. The diagnosis hit my mental health hard and all I wanted to do was numb it all with medication. But I wanted more from my life, more for my boys, so I knew something had to change.

I started attending a bootcamp and predictably, at first, I hated it! But the difference was, this time, I didn't give up. And as the weeks ticked by, I actually started to enjoy it. The cape of anxiety and overwhelm I was living under started to lift and I felt like ME again. I also experienced comfort in my own skin I had never experienced before. I couldn't get over that this simple action of moving your body with the support of a community could be quite so transformative - I had to spread the word!

This is why I created The SHE Collective - an online fitness membership designed for women who struggle for the time or motivation to exercise. I have worked tirelessly to create challenges and monthly membership that full of fun and connection, whilst also helping you stay on track (which is something many of us have previously struggled to do!)

Approach

is to build women up from the inside out and empower them with a combination of exercise, nutrition and mindset work so that you can live your lives feeling Strong Happy and Empowered - SHE!

Both online and face to face, our community is pretty bloody awesome!

Each member has the opportunity to be part of a "team". This is where you can keep yourself accountable and 'check in' after completing a workout. You will also have the opportunity to see your team mates and the wider community at the numerous face to face events we hold throughout the year, including the Summer and Christmas parties, Women's Wellness Workshops and the famous annual Retreat!

Made for extroverts and introverts alike, The SHE Collective community has the ability to add a little bit of magic to add to every woman's life
