Over the course of 6 weeks you can expect to benefit from huge improvements to your energy levels, body composition, metabolism and more. And the great news is, it only takes 3-4 x 30 minute workouts and a few small tweaks to your nutrtion to get you there!

The SHE Collective is specifically designed specifically for women who struggle to find the time and motivation to exercise, therefore every element of the programme is designed to work WITH your busy life, not against it.

Al of the content is delivered to you via the App and is available online and on demand so you can complete the workouts in your own time.

But it does’t stop there. You will also have realistic no BS nutritional advice and recipes to support your journey PLUS an incredible community of women to keep you accountable and give you support where needed .

After leading hundreds of women into sustainable fitness habits over the past 3 years, we have come to see this is a winning formula!

Who

is it for?

Whilst this programme has been designed for women between the ages of around 35-50, the great thing about strength training is that it is pretty much suitable for ALL women.

All of the workouts are low impact so are kind to your joints and the workouts can be adapted to suit you at whatever stage of your journey you are at and there is no experience needed.

  • A Nutritional Guide for optimal results plus a library of protein rich recipes

What

equipment do you need? 

This programme is designed to be as accessible as possible. It is recommended that you have one set of dumbbells (3kg pair if you are just starting 5kg or above if you are already exercising) and also an exercise mat. You will also sometimes need a chair and a wall.

“Booty bands” are recommended for optimal lower body strength but are not necessary if you don’t want to purchase them straight away.

So all in all, you can be kitted out and ready to go for around £10!
