Whether you are looking to get back into exercise after a break, or have no exercise experience at all, the 30 Day Challenge is designed to help reach your fitness goals.

30 Days is the perfect amount of time to give you the solid foundations into a sustainable fitness journey . I highly recommend following the 30 Day Challenge with the 6 Week Strength Programme where we can build on those foundations set for some incredible RESULTS!

We provide everything you need to set you up for success - you can expect a whole heap of support and accountability to keep you on track and help you reach the magic that lies on the other side.

What

sort of workouts

can I expect?

Each week you are assigned 4 workouts including:

2 x Full Body Strength (3-5 kg set of Dumbbells recommended)

1 x Pilates (3 - 5kg set of Dumbbells recommended)

1 x Move for your mind - e.g. Kickboxing, Dance party etc

It is completely up to you how many of these you complete - for some it will be all 4, for some, 2-3 is a more realistic number.

If you don't want to follow the workouts assigned, you will also have an on demand library including Yoga, Barre and Pilates which you can sub in for one of the assigned workouts, this is all about finding your fitness formula so you do you!

  • Download the app and have a watch of the welcome video

  • Join your community!

  • This is such an important part of your journey. Head to explore and click on community to find the link to your community

Step 3

  • Let’s get moving!

  • It’s time to get to the mat for that first workout.

  • Once you’ve done it, check in with your team, accountability is key!
