Women ready to put their hormone health at the forefront and implement holistic health strategies to achieve this.​

Why should I join?

Both home and gym programmes have been designed and developed by Hetty and Ro - both strength trained PTs with 15+ years experience, working with hundreds of happy clients.

 

We provide simple, easy and practical ways for all over holistic wellness because after all, there’s only one you and we need to make sure you’re well, like really well.

This is the long-term fitness formula that will works for you.

Elevate - home

What should I expect?

Three 30-40 minute on-demand workouts per week, led by Ro.​

​

Including, one full body with some cardio elements, one focussed on upper body and the lower body.

​

Equipment required - dumbells (recommended 7.5 - 12.5 kgs each), an exercise mat, resistance bands to optimise lower body.

​

You'll have access to 400+ workouts if you wish to achieve more than three workouts each week.​​

What should I expect?

The programme is delivered via step by step instructions with short and silent instruction videos. 

 

Designed to be completed from a commercial gym - uses kit such as barbells, kettle bells and cardio machines for warm-up.

 

Designed to increase the weights you are lifting over the course of the programme.

​​Over the six weeks you can expect:

 

Increased strength, changes in body composition and improved overall energy levels.

​

If you run, you can expect to see improvements in your strength and endurance especially when running longer distances and on a gradient.

​

A solid and consistent training routine that will help you keep making progress beyond the six weeks of the the programme.

The SHE Collective was created in 2020, to save you time, make it easy and convenient for you to just turn up and press play and start prioritising your health and wellbeing - for the long-term. We want every woman to experience breakthroughs, not just with exercise but with their entire wellbeing. Because after all, there’s only one you and we need to make sure you’re well, like really well.
