What can I expect?
Four 30 minute on-demand workouts each week.

Including two full body strength workouts, one pilates workout and one 'move for your mind' workout - think dance party and kickboxing...

You can complete all four a week, or two. You can complete in sequence or choose whatever suits your mood. This is all about finding a long-term fitness formula that works for you.​​
Mindset support to help make those new-found healthy habits stick.
Exclusive access to our Community group to keep you accountable and give you support where needed.
Equipment needed - a mat, a chair / wall, dumbells and resistance bands (these are not required straight away).

Hi, I'm Ro, a PT, Mindset Coach and mum to three noisy boys and CEO of the SHE Collective and over the last five years I've helped thousands of busy women with messy lives just like you (and me) go from feeling pulled in every direction, having to constantly choose between others needs and themselves, to actually achieve more calm with a long-term solution to health and wellness that actually works.
Time and time again, I've been lucky enough to see the women who get to experience more confidence and energy; they are the ones who can master carving time out for themselves, without it feeling like they are adding more time and pressure into their already-full life.
I created The SHE Collective in 2020, to save you time, make it easy and convenient for you to just turn up and press play and start prioritising your health and wellbeing - for the long-term. I want every woman to experience breakthroughs, not just with exercise but with their entire wellbeing. Because after all, there’s only one you and we need to make sure you’re well, like really well​
